Griotte Chambertin 2021 besidder tonsvis af årgangens fornemme elegance kombineret med Grand Cru markens helt utrolige intensitet. Det har resulteret i en fantastisk vin, med en utrolig lækker duft af rosenblade, skovbund, jordbær og et fint strejf af træ.
Vinen pakkes flot ind af en livlig syre og sprøde tanniner, og man fornemmer klart, at vinen har et enormt udviklingspotentiale over de kommende 10-15 år..

Attractively fresh and markedly spicy aromas are comprised primarily by notes of red cherry, currant and subtle floral nuances. There is a lovely sense of vibrancy to the well-detailed, precise and stony medium weight flavors that possess a refined midpalate texture while displaying very fine length on the balanced finale. This classy effort is really quite good and the only reproach is that it could use more depth, which should reasonably develop if given a chance.
