Cuvéen er navngivet som en hyldest til Joe Dobbes kone af samme navn, og de betragter vinen som husets fineste udtryk af Oregons terroir. I kælderen har vinen fået 10 måneder på franske egetræsfade, hvoraf 60% har været nye. A beautifully ripe Bing cherry coated with bittersweet dark chocolate aroma kicks things off in style. “Just right” acidity and velvety tannins create a plush, buttery mouthfeel to accompany dark raspberry, black tea and clove flavors. This wine is a hedonistic pleasure.

Layered with spice, the 2021 Pinot Noir Patricia's Cuvee pours a dark ruby-red and reveals unfolding aromas of pine, kirsch, and mossy earth. Ripe and pure through the palate, this medium to full-bodied red brings forward more structure within its irresistible and more approachable fruit, with balanced tension and a long finish, and lingering toasty incense on the back palate. This is another classic, pure wine from Dobbes that’s deserving of another couple years in bottle. Drink 2025-2032.
