"7 Crus" er introvinen til Agraparts dybt imponerende champagne-univers. Og allerede her får man en kæmpestor oplevelse.
Vinen består af et blend af to forskellige årgange, og navnet henviser til, at druerne til vinen kommer fra i alt 7 forskellige landsbyer, heraf fire med Grand Cru status: Avize, Oger, Cramant og Oiry.
7 Crus indeholder 90 % Chardonnay samt 10 % Pinot Noir med en behersket dosage på blot 6 gram restsukker pr. liter. Det er med til at given vinen en flot og blød balance i samspil med stor kompleksitet og finesse, som Agrapart & Fils mestrer som få andre.

Seven villages are represented in this cuvée with 90% chardonnay and 10% pinot noir. This is 2016 (60%) and 2015 (40%) with a very fresh nose, offering exuberant, yellow-fruit aromas with some fresh bread from the 26-month resting on lees. This has a smooth palate, with plenty of attractive citrus fruit and peaches on offer and there’s very expressive fruit flesh at the finish.

Based on the 2019 vintage and disgorged in April 2022, Agrapart's NV Brut 7 Crus wafts from the glass with scents of crisp green apple, freshly baked bread, white flowers and buttery pastry. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, it's an ample, incisive wine, with racy acids and a saline finish. When the range begins like this, you know you're in the presence of one of Champagne's greatest producers.
Decanter - 93
Agrapart describes this as its 'entry-level' wine, but it's far from your normal non-vintage Champagne. A blend of premier and grand cru grapes from two different vintages, its super-fresh, lemony nose segues into a tight, steely palate with delicious stone-fruit ripeness. It's light on its feet and very vital, with delightful juiciness balancing mineral inclusions. Very impressive.
